If you have placed your order on-line, our system will quickly send you an automatic confirmation e-mail to confirming what you have purchased. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet the full order requirements as some items may have suddenly run out of stock. In the unlikely event this many happen, we will contact you to discuss your order to resolve the issue and any other concerns we may have.

If an item is out of stock we will more than likely just leave it off your order and place it on back order for you.

Returns Procedure

If for any reason you have ordered the wrong item, please return the goods to us by post within 7 days and the original purchase price of the product (not the postage) will be refunded.

Please note again we are not able to refund any postal charges.

We can only refund unopened and unused products once we have received them back.

The prices shown on our open website are inclusive of VAT or exclusive of VAT depending on your preferences.

The prices displayed on our web site are in British Sterling Pounds by default.

If you have a discount structure set up with us, the website should automatically calculate it and explain it to you as you add products and quantities to your basket.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we may need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, no money will ever be charged.

If you have a credit account with us, we will process your order and send you the goods as soon as possible. You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard. You can also pay by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. There is no surcharge added to the cost of the items.

We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. The first thing to do is contact us using the 'Contact Us' page or call us. On many occasions an item may not be faulty and there is a problem with the setup. If a return is the only option we will advise you the best way to resolve the issue.

Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition to Alandra Products Ltd Units 5 & 6 Square Deal Units 5 West Road Harlow Essex CM20 2BQ within 7 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that item or send other goods as replacements.
